::While not the people here at the retail side of the council- they have always been polite enough. The council themselves are bloody useless. Goodness, we pay enough in rates they could answer emails about dog registration, roading hazards/things about to effect the water supply to whole streets. But no.

::If you need to call PCC dont waste time speaking to Leeanne. She will either fob you off or give you incorrect information. Even if you ask to speak to someone else she will say that person is not in. Try to get one of the other CSO's as they will actually try to be of some use.
