  Well, I think this shop has picked up its game in the customer service department. I've been dealing with the lady in the counter and she's been very friendly and good to deal with. Great experience :)

  I took my mower there for repair recently-polite service.The mower was repaired around the estimate given-so no complaints at all.

  Worst Stihl agent in Nz! Me and my family have been in forestry for 30 years. Walked in knowing exactly what we needed for our Chainsaws and this old lady started trying to tell us how and what we needed. Use Mike from Stihl Hawkes Bay!

  Quite disappointing with the service there, especially older lady servicing at the counter. I own a Stihl chainsaw, blower and weed-cutter, but I'm very nervous going back to get anything serviced there. When I showed her a part (spring) I needed, she bluntly said she's not a mechanic and has no idea what it was. Took some explaining before she went to the back office to find the part to order. Very keen to collect a $20 deposit for something that cost $26-50 and almost charged my wife the full price again, when the part eventually arrived 2 weeks later.
