  Our reception at the hotel on arrival was very below average but the departure experience was great, what a lovely lady. The room was clean but the fixtures and fittings are rather dated and the bed was not very comfortable. A deep clean would also help in bringing life back to the room. Location convenient.

  Old hotel situated at the city centre of Auckland. Two rooms apartment is comfortable for a family of four with a shared bathroom. The unit is clean and spacious. And we are happy to get a parking lot nearby. It's so convenient for us to move around for meals and entertainment.

  Their Reservation Manager is rude, not respect to their customer at all. You need more patience when you talk with your customer. Very disappointed.
