The issue was related to washing machine hot water tap leakage. I gave a ring to Josh, who understood the issue quickly. He came to my house within an hour with right sized replacement tap and all tools to fix the issue. He also installed a washing machine for me, which I bought recently. Thank you Josh for everything.
