  Local scumbags don't give a rats about local customers - lost my business for life, and I'll personally see to it, steer as many people away as possible. Edit: Once more you've proven your incompetence. I'm not anyone's partner, I am angry you think you can skim the law and not provide a refund. Under the Consumer Guarantees act all consumer products MUST "be of acceptable quality (durable, safe, FIT FOR PURPOSE, free from defects, acceptable in look or finish)". You have not only failed to uphold the consumer guarantees act you have shown a complete disregard for your customers by not giving him ANYTHING back for YOUR mistake. $300 is a hell of a lot of money to hand someone and put your trust and confidence in them. I'm not just defending my flatmate. I'm trying to make sure scumbag companies like yours go out of business cause there is no place for you in our society. It is not bullying behavior, my flatmate knows what he wanted, you misunderstood him. You have failed as a company and are calling us haters after he tried being courteous. We've obviously got your attention now with public reviews. Maybe next time you'll learn how to do your goddamn job properly.

  Do not go here. Was given a product I didn't ask for and when I took it back for a refund was told that I didn't understand the product they were selling. Nor did they make any attempt of trying to be helpful. Don't get ripped off here. Nothing pro about them

  Done multiple cars of mine now, always a good job and dosnt hesitate to help if anything has gone wrong with alarms 👍

  Very helpful with sorting out problems that popped up, even if they didn't have anything to do with the alarm or audio. Happy with what these guys did for me.
