  Most importantly: This is purely a review of food from the case and not ordered off of the menu. I love carrot cake but unfortunately the one I got here was dried out(there was still about 3/4 of the cake left) and I would probably consider it more of a spice cake than carrot as I didn’t see any of the standard innards of a carrot cake like carrot, nuts, or raisins. The pumpkin lasagna had great flavor but unfortunately both mine and my partners came out barely heated and took quite a while to hit our table even though it was already cooked and just needed to be heated. The staff were good, the place was cute and parking was easy enough.

  Situated in the gorgeous Arrowtown, Provisions is certainly the best coffee around. Not only that, but it offers excellent food choices and plenty of seating - indoor and out. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the coffee is smooth and well made - can be a little weak however. A must if you're in the Arrowtown area.

  Looks like heaven. Such colorful trees even when it was not the peak season. Should be unreal in the peak season. Can't wait to go there again.

  Great place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. The place itself is lovely: on a sunny day you can sit outside feeling like your are having a fancy pic-nic in the park, among pear trees and flowers. The food is simple and delicious, very fresh and tasty ingredients and nice presentation. In my experience of one visit, the service was among the fastest in NZ (finally!). Would go back again.
