  Had a voucher gifted to me for a massage. Was quite exspensive I thought as far as massages go. Filled in question form while waiting, asked for a firm massage. The massage was pathetic no effort or pressure, not to mention my back plistered from the candle wax which was way to hot.. Had 50ish pro massages in my life this was hands down the worse!
