  Had the absolute pleasure of having Wendy and her creative genius to do the flowers for our wedding day. The bouquets, button holes and table arrangements were all so elegant and stunning. If you're looking for a florist for your wedding day, I cannot recommend Putts Green enough!

  I live in Australia and needed an urgent next-day delivery of flowers to Parawhenua Marae in Ohaeawai. I put my order through at around 9pm NZ time and worried the delivery would be difficult for the driver because the address was to a Marae - and for a tangi (hence the urgency). I called Puttsgreen Florist on my way to work at approximately 9am NZ time the next day, and was told the order was in the van ready to be delivered. The order was rec'd early that morning and actioned straightaway. I also ordered x3 rose stems with my large bouquet and the florist went out of her way to weave some flax through each stem which really touched me; the effort to get my order done with absolute urgency was humbling. Thank you very much for sending my flowers through. I recommend this florist to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future when I need flowers delivered around the Mid North.   I received excellent service from this company, thought the presentation was beautiful and that the orchid exceeded my expectations. Additionally, they contacted me ASAP to adjust the order form that I had incorrectly filled out, in a polite and professional matter. Moreover, it was delivered on time despite being told they have run out of orchids and the new shipment was to arrive on the day of requested the delivery. Furthermore, there were issues upon delivery however I was promptly informed and assured that they 'prepared and delivered' it to their 'normal high standards' (which I second). Lastly the recipient of the orchid, noticed a few shortcomings in the presentation. My only suggestion to improve the service is to be more aware of the tiny details. Regardless, I personally dont think this detracted the overall presentation or value of the orchid itself.
