::Had a problem w/ my car alarm and central locking w/c could have cost me 500 for the alarm and 400 for the lock into which I inquired from other car shops. My brother Samuel recommended me here. Johmn's team figured out the problem why my alarm wont stop going off. Its because of the car shop I went to before didnt properly close after dismantling my side door. When it rained, it mucked up my alarm. John's team fixed it as well as my central locking w/ a reasonable price! Saved me heaps! Awesome job! Would definitely recommend them to my friends! ::Not good, came here to ask for a quote if i need to change my audio unit or maybe a different problem but states they do inspect it for 39$. Since i was in a rush to get it fixed, i asked him if replacing it may do the job and he nod and said most probably that would fix it. They offered me a sale jvc audio unit saying it is a good price for it usb aux etc. So i did consider it and told them to install. After 15 minutes guy came up and said speakers died so i need to purchase new one, and so i did as the unit cant work w/o speakers, waited again and after 45 minutes they were done. Good thing i checked before leaving, usb not working and states not supported, told them immediately and they said that i should have been more specific with what i need and it only works on different format.Really? What do you expect in a usb socket? It is universal and should be working in all and you should know your products and inform your customer about it. He even recommended of just using a small size usb memory just for that audio. Reason why i did not buy other unit with bluetooth is just i wanted to play more songs from my usb. They asked for another installation fee of 49$ to change to a different unit. Was really annoyed and would not recommend this place. I felt i get ripped off. Truly not a quality experience Update Putting from 1 to 3 due to they fixed the rattling noise of the speaker asap cheers
