  Great location, good customer service upon arriving in reception, thank u Glynas for providing us with the room of our choice. Spa was just awesome. Our son enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed our 2 days of stay, looking forward for our next trip to Napier in quality inn again.

  Friendly staff. Nice outlook. Wheel chair access. Have not stayed for a meal,so cannot comment on the menu. Modern decor

  Absolutely beautiful. Staff are exceptional. Food was mouth watering. Toiletries supplied were very yummy my hair turned into silk and soaps n body wash was just as luxurious,towels were super soft and luxurious. Sheets were pure white and crisp. Gorgeous beds. Separate dark face cloth was put out with make up embroidered on for make up removal. Put where it can be seen and used. If I could give ten stars I would. Thank you Quality Inn for a brilliant relaxing stay.

  Great location, especially if travelling with children as there's a playground and bike park, along with the beach right across the street. The rooms are fine, nothing super fancy but clean enough. Having a pool on site is nice. The little interaction we had with hotel staff was pleasant. Wish there was more parking, and that the parking lot had a bit more room to navigate. It's a solid 3.5 star place in my opinion.
