  The place is not great for the amount of money they charge. None of the room has air-conditioning or heating.there is a panel heater and a fan! Although, Wellington doesn't require air con usually but when I visited it was quite humid and warm, so it was needed. The room is very tiny, may be not even enough for 1 person. The window(size of a wall) that opens to the balcony has clear glasses, and no thick curtains only tramsperant curtain provided, so very little privacy at evening and night.. so beware if you're planning for your honeymoon here... definately not a honeymoon place... What's good? I guess it's close to cdb -may be. I'm struggling to say any good things about it..

  Good location. Staff very helpful. Internet adequate for our chrome cast and Netflix. Cosy. May need to use kitchen cupboards if more storage space is required. Carpets are dirty. Love the bright lighting, hot shower and comfy bed. Kitchen had all we need even a small dishwasher. Kids like the hot chocolate sachets. A tip when going down to the New World Supermarket. The walking route is down Plimmer Steps. That means about 7 flights of stairs to walk on the way back. Go over to Fujitsu Tower and take the elevator down. I believe the James Cook Hotel may have an elevator down too, but have not tried it.

  Fast wifi!! Room is superb at a great price. Serviced apartment cleaned daily, with complimentary tasty plunger coffee :) oh, super comfy bed too

  Good location near to the city. The room we were shown first was very shabby and run down. The manager moved us to a better refurbished room which was great. We were a party of 6 in three rooms and the couple on the first floor could hear the traffic noise. The cleaning of the rooms was good and the staff were helpful. The most off putting aspect was a pungent smell of spicy food (curry) which pervaded the rooms and corridors.

  Don't be fouled by the picture of the standard room. Our room looks nothing like this it was a lot smaller then it says on website no balcony and no room for a lounge. There is not even enough floor space to put our second suitcase down. Room did not get housekeeping but there hotel book says housekeeping daily. When I rang and asked why our room wasn't clean the manager said we don't do sundays. What a lie.. I saw them cleaning the room next to us which looked a hell of a lot better then our room. Won't stay here again.
