  I can't agree with other reviews at all. Quinovic has been very helpful and forthcoming from the beginning. They are taking care of all maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. We have inspections every 3 months (industry average) and you don't have to be home if you can't make it. So no inconvenience. We are renting an apartment right in the CBD. This has been the best experience we had with a rental agency in Wellington so far.

  Was a tenant with them once and they were terrible people. They would come visit the place to inspect every 6 weeks and it was such a hassle. When we were leaving, they demanded that they want the house inspected for 5-6 days consecutive. I told them no, and they were talking about tribunal. Obviously I told them I am cooperating, but I only want 2-3 visit per week max. The people who work there seem like very demanding people.

  Poorly managed and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone thinking about either renting a property through them or using them as letting agents.

  Stay away from this company. They put a lot of undue pressure on prospective tenants and offer terrible customer service.

  At the beginning of the year, I drove THREE HOURS from Whanganui to Wellington for a property viewing, which had been confirmed TWICE. When I arrived, nobody was there for the viewing. I tried calling the company AND the agent's own phone number. Neither were turned on. USELESS. Do not recommend.
