  OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Ray White in Arrowtown are without a doubt one of the best agencies we have ever dealt with. From beginning to end they have always responded to every call or email and sometimes there were quite a few :-). We rented our property site unseen and they really are remarkable in their customer service. Both Sue and Leanne went above and beyond and we just can't thank them enough. We sold our properties fully furnished so we didn't have anything on arrival and also stayed in Australia for 3 months before coming to Arrowtown. Sue and Leanne ever so kindly offered for us to send our new bedding and bits and pieces we ordered to their office and when we arrived late on the Saturday evening, our beds were made and the house was all set up with the heating on. Not only that we were asked if we needed any food items to tide us over until the morning as we were arriving late. Eggs, bread, coffee just to name a few....We then found on the dining room table a beautiful gift of goodies as a welcome gift. This is a long review but I want everyone to know honestly how wonderful they are, we are really grateful and we can't thank you both enough! Outstanding Service!!!!
