  Extremely bad customer service today if I could rate a zero I would. I went into the Petone Rebel sports store today to look for some new gears and was willing to pay quite abit aswell, but dayum not even a hi from any of staff and let me tell you there were quite a few on today, more staff to customer ratio, all talking about there weekends and god knows what else I literally heard all of it and I was walking around for a while, maybe get better staff and ul have more customers.

  Great if you know what you want that does not require customer assistance. The sizing range is to a very specific market eg standard fit footwear no wide fit shoes, had to go to the counter other end of store to get store assistance.

  I was quite disappointed when I shopped here for clothing. It was a bit of a mess and hard to find what I wanted. The stars are only for the two lovely sales women I dealt with.

  Huge store with an amazing choice of sports wear!... I'm certain you can find whatever you need here! Came here on Black Friday and although a lot of the stuff was sold out, it was easy enough to get it online. I also had to return something and their process was unbelievably easy, not the mention the staff were incredibly friendly. Excellent service and would definitely come again in future.
