  Keeps wanting you to spend money and come back. They called to ask me to rebook appointment, after they referred me to hand therapist for issues they couldn't solve. Also have to mention that they only referred me to hand therapist after they've used up all the quota from acc. This is because they want you to come back for an many times as acc allows, so they can get more money from acc. I could've gone to hand therapist right away if I knew they existed. ACC funding comes from the tax you paid from your hard earned salary! Don't be fooled by them!

  Unbelievable unprofessional on every level. DNA testing kit results were months late with no explanation, receptionist seemed unable to operate booking system or even to know who to book me in with for follow up, she asked to call me back then called back and still did not know what to do, currently waiting for second call back. Surreal.

  I personally would not go back, the girl that examined me left me feeling like she was fresh from school even though the student with her seem to have more insight than her. I'm sure there are better physio's there how ever I did'nt get a good one.
