  It is Very good holiday home , 7 of us was stay there for 3 night and 4 days . the View of the lake are awesome. got a SPA next to the Lake .. house are tidy and clean. and the agent are very helpful .. definitly a good place to stay for holiday ..

  We very recently stayed in a property in Melbourne Street, Queenstown. I had booked the property online from Australia, so I was a bit nervous as to whether the property would look as good as it did in the photos on the Relax Away website. Well, the house was just lovely and exactly as depicted in the photos. Warm, spacious and with a brilliantly appointed kitchen (I cooked most of our meals as eating out with 3 kids in tow in Queenstown can be a wee bit expensive). It was a very inviting and comfortable house to live in during our holiday. Perfect if you have young kids, with a back yard area they can run around in. The 3-bedroom + study was the right size for 3 adults and 3 children. Also, the house was only 800metres from the town's centre. It was at most a 10 minute walk (downhill) into town. My 6 year old girl and I made the walk up and back easily every day. We did have some issues with water pressure with the hot water system, but the agent was quick to act and even came round to do a home visit on a Sunday morning (that's dedication). A plumber arrived the next morning to fix. I'd highly recommend using Relax Away if going to Queenstown - their property was top notch and I found their staff very pleasant, friendly and easy to deal with. A big thank you to Relax Away for making our holiday stay so comfortable!

  I stayed 202 clubhouse the shore managed by this company for three nights in Jan 2017. I drove to the right location of the address given. The apartment is located in the same building as Oakes Shore hotel but that was not clearly informed in the email sent after the reservation. With the instructions provided, it was impossible to find the lockbox where the key is inside. So I called and asked the woman 'P..' where to park the car and how to find the lock box. But she simply accused me of not reading the instructions carefully. Without answering my question she kept interrogating me like 'did you read the instruction carefully?' I told I did like three times. But she didn't believe it. I was really upset. And the dialogue didn't go well. I end up hanging up the phone and contacted the travel agent who booked this apartment. Later I realized that she was talking about the information that she didn't send to me (She sent it to the travel agent after the phone call). It was a real joke. Horrible experience. You know what? After this trouble, I found the lockbox (with the info that the travel agent relayed to me) but the key in the box was malfunctioned. Also, the apartment was nice. But the bathroom bowl sink was clogged. So I washed my face at the kitchen sink. Two kitchen lights were flickering. It had a good view facing the lake but the condition absolutely does not worth $250 (US) per night.

  Awesome view of Lake from all rooms. Good upkeep and maintenance. Conveniently located.Kudos!
