  Find the staff really rude and unhelpful have been in several times and its been the same ech time. Waited in the queue today they saw me and an older caucasian lady entered and they served her before even glancing in my direction just to advise that thy cant do a light change couldnt be bothered seeing if thy could assist in anyway just straight rude I know for a fact theyve done light fittings before and that its done at other branches as Ive had it done in Auckland so not sure why they seem so reluctant to help ....Just a general grumpy rude staff ...wont go back need upskill your staff in Customer Service seems thy pick and choose who they are nice too...super cheap auto it is ..

  I went in on a Sat morining, heavly staffed ( 5-6) for such a small shop they didnt come over and ask if I required any help. Chantelle took the money while looking at me as if I had just walked in dog poo throughout the shop.. Not in a hurry to go back there. Cut the staff back and get them working rather than gas bagging behing the counter amongest themselves Customer service 0 out of 10

  Excellent advice and the guy that served us new what he was talking about. Brought a car stereo on special it was excellent value.

  Very helpful, the staff was able to locate exactly what I was after for my trip down to Dunedin, and I was quickly back on my way. Close to the main road too. Very impressed.
