  Bring back the good ole service that Repco's once had, before they changed the store around. Why can't we deal with the mature men who know so much about car parts/models of cars etc. We now deal with young females on the phone at the counter who really dont know a thing about the product customers are enquiring about. Example rang & ordered a part for my car, on arriving, young sakesperson wrote down the details ete, disappeared down the back, and came back with part. Next week took my car to garage to be fitted, wrong part, too small ete. Rang Repco's to check if they have the correct part, only to be told she'll put me in hold as serving customers. Should have had someone else to anwser the phones. Pick it up Repco!!!! Disappointed long time customer of Repco's

  Usually good value. But this time didn't have the part. Couldn't get it and didn't ring me. No apology. Got the part down the road

  Absolute clinic in buffoonery. Turned up at store to get an auxilliary drive belt. Took it home- wrong size. Took it back after much hassel moving the car out of the way so we could get the other one down the driveway so I could take it back. Returned home with another belt which again turned out to be the wrong size. Finally, and now in a bad mood after much wasted time and gas I returned for a third time. Staff appear to not even have the most basic grasp of their jobs and couldn't decipher what the correct belt was for the engine stated when the information was shown from the rego number. Finally it was clarified that they didn't even have the correct belt in stock, with not so much as even an attempted apology for my wasted time and petrol I left and went to Super Cheap. Too many times this type of thing has happened at this store and I wont be returning again.

  Went into get wipers for my car, asked if they could be fitted, because, I don't know how to do them. Staff refused, then ignored me. So, I went down the road to Supercheap, where they fitted them for a small fee and did it all with a smile. Shop was also messy, lift your game guys - both Part Master and Supercheap are slaying you at the game!
