  I've been in the car painting and panelbeating industry for 35 years. Resens Automotive use to be the cheapest place in town to buy any automotive paints. Now their prices are similar to their competition (Wynn Frasers and Whangarei Paint Centre) Service has always been average with a high staff turn over. No one lasts there long. At present the shop staff are appalling. There's one individual (who will remain nameless) with an English accent who worked there years ago. He has since returned and has the worst customer service ever. The road reps are okay though. I use to be a regular for many years but no longer go there. The product they sell is okay, but it's the shop staff that put me off.
