::We had pre-booked the 1 day hire from the UK for one of the 2 days our cruise ship was docked at Tauranga. The whole experience from being picked up at the cruise terminal to returning the vehicle and being dropped back at the terminal was excellent. The depot staff were friendly and efficient and it only took a few minutes to check out and check back in the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and in good condition and had a useful map and information pack. All in all the best car hire experience I have had in many years!
