  I just changed to Riverside after hearing really good things about them and I wasn't disappointed. From the greeting on arrival to the care of the team I felt in safe hands. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

  Used to really like this clinic, was always a friendly and helpful attitude and I recommended to friends and family before they moved. But at my last appointment, the receptionist had booked my appointment on the wrong day (despite me stressing it HAD to be on Thursday because that was my only day off) and then addressed me with a really condescending+insulting tone over HER mistake. When she squeezed me in for a VERY short appointment, the dentist was rude, rough and brisk, and didn't look at one of the two problems I had come in with, telling me I would have to come back later to have that looked at (more $$ for them by forcing me to have multiple appointments I guess). I was treated like an inconvenience at the clinic because of the receptionist's mistake and I won't be coming back.

  I have been going to Maia since I moved here. She was recommended to me from my last dentist in the South Island. All the team are professional and friendly. Your well being is paramount and I have always pain free. I would refer this surgery to anyone who is looking for a great Dentist. Keep up the good work ......

  Finding a dentist that is interested in providing the care you need, when you need is difficult. Discovering one the also responds to your concerns in a sensitive and professional manner has been for me, virtually impossible. Hence the 300 Kilometres I was prepared to travel for a number of years until my previous dentist's retirement. Obviously, at some point, the inevitable was going to happen and I would need to start the search for another dentist. That search ended a few weeks ago when I discovered Maia Ackerman, at Riverside Dental Care. Thank you Maia, for your care and attention.
