  I managed to break my bike whilst on vacation in Rotorua. I brought it in and it was fixed on the spot by an awesome mechanic! Fitted a new chain as well. Great customer service, awesome job done. Recommended!

  Poor customer service from all staff members encountered, especially the mechanics. It didn’t seem like the staff wanted to make a sale and were disinterested in helping me choose and size up my first MTB. Needless to say I’ve gone with a competitor instead.
