  We stayed in Rotorua New Zealand for four days and visited i-site in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got lots of information on the tourists spots in and around Rotoura. Then it was easier for us to decide which places to visit as per our choice and liking. The place is well maintained.

  One stop place for coach buses coming from Hamilton, Taopo and Wellington. The distinct clock that was erected ages ago make it stands out in the town. There are friendly staff that should be able to assist you getting around Rotorua and visiting the attractions. Not sure what happened to the water dispenser and feet pool located outside that seemed not to be operational. Surveillance of the place is 24/7, I was there at around 3am, the cameras are moving and constantly checking around the area. Makes me feel safe.

  Very large, big gift shop. Tickets to most things. Beautiful building. Easy to find. Lots of restaurants nearby

  Very helpful. Very informative. We visited a ton of I-sites in our 2 weeks and loved how nice and helpful they all are. All were willing to help us book our activities and lodging ahead. We highly recommend all !!

  Plenty of info to browse and staff also very helpful. Right by the bus stop and town, very close to lake front also so great location. Clean toilets are also on site. Parking is very nearby. Love the historic building.
