  Kind staff good coustmer service do a good job all though couple my nails fell of last time but got offerd for the nails that fell of to be redone for free so i was happy ☺ good place to come defintley recomend coming here to get nails done an good prices.

  Love coming to Kate and her team here! They are professional and friendly. The service and level of professionalism is so good I haven’t even considered trying another nail place for over two years! My nails always look fantastic after they work their magic and the gel lasts for weeks. An added bonus is the hilarious conversations had here- I always come away with beautiful nails and a smile :)

  Marriette I was in the salon having a manicure at the time you came in on the Saturday and I have to say you are mistaken. All the staff were busy when you arrived and started demanding for your nails to be done. The way you spoke to the staff was not only embarrassing for them but also for the rest of us customers. The staff politely gave you an option to come back within a realistic time frame. Considering you had not made an appointment the other customers and I thought this was fair. You were just downright rude and acting like a spoilt child. It should be you apologising to the staff and the customers who were there for relaxation.

  It is a pleasure to spend time here. It is a very clean and relaxing environment and the staff are lovely. They are very friendly , professional and do an excellent pedicure at an extremely reasonable price.

  Went in on a recent friday evening to get acrylics done, they were busy and understaffed, I got turned away and told to wait 30min, which I found rude but understandable, so I left, went back the following day early morning, had 4 staff on, 3 occupied which was fine and one who was just cleaning? I got told to return again in half a hour as they were busy, I asked why cant the girl cleaning help me with my nails? just got NO as an answer, so I said no worries I will take my hard earned money elsewhere for, a better service, very rude staff and not professional at all! would not recommended.
