  We have 3 VW's in our family. It has taken many years and much pain to find a business that listens, cares, repairs and doesn't charge like a wounded bull. Saravan is the best VW/Audi technician I have ever come across in both diesel and petrol models. Highly recommended and great to see someone who still values service and communication with his customers.

  Saravan is the most competent Audi technican/mechanic I have come across. I have an Audi A3 1.8L Turbo and Saravan was the second Audi mechanic to have a look at my car when it developed a bad knock, rattled uncontrollably and started hard. He was incredibly helpful, very thorough and his communication is impeccable. He accurately diagnosed the problem, offered insight into potential future problems and recommended sensible repairs. You will not be disappointed in choosing Saravan as your Audi mechanic. 5/5 experience. The man knows his craft!

  As an individual who has shallow knowledge in cars, yet not a complete blank, it never felt right seeing a simple invoice describing mechanic's work in one sentence followed by a big cost. I've personally asked mechanics that I saw in the past what the problems were but when they tell you that the parts that I didn't even know about were getting too old and had to change them not to mention they are always expensive parts, I just had to pay and go with uneasy feeling. Thus became sceptical. My Mk4 Golf GTI had been making rattling sound for about a month. I went on a search to find a genuine and skilled mechanic to have a look at my car and came across SB European through google search. Reviews were outstanding and informative. So I got in touch with Saravan, THE mechanic. When I drove in to see Saravan, he suggested to go for a drive with him to address the issue. I drove around for a bit and explained where I think the rattling sound was coming from then Saravan took the wheels and inspected thoroughly and told me where he thinks the sound was coming from. Then I left my car with him for a further analysis. After the job was done, he described all the important details of the work he's done to the car and moreover addressed potential future issues that should be resolved only if I agreed to do so. Saravan accurately located the problem and tackled it with his expertise. The process from the start to the end was very personal and I could tell that Saravan really loves cars and cares about the users. I'd highly recommend SB European to all my close ones and anyone who drives european cars. I'll be visiting Saravan for an upcoming service soon.

  Saravan is an upfront, honest mechanic who has always maintained our cars to a high standard! Very reasonably priced for a VW specialist. Highly recommend

  Took our Audi A6 to SB European with a DPF problem. Saravan was so good, very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. Great customer service!.
