  Nearly tax time again. Going to be so much easier this year with my rental returns. Megan at SBA Tauranga put me on to Xero last year, so going to be so much easier. Really enjoy working with Megan, she's very professional and my returns are filed very quickly.

  We were really fortunate enough to find Megan and SBA Tauranga. Megan was really friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease. Xero has been great for us, and Megan was able to teach us how to utilise it better. Our rental and small business accounts were done quickly and professionally and the best part was all done at half the price of previous larger accountant we used. We highly recommend SBA Tauranga.

  Unfortunately I feel I need to review this company very poorly as the service I received for the year we used it fell far below expectations. Throughout the year the multiple tax returns needed to be filed were done is such a disorderly way which left me completely confused with what was done and not done. Now that we’ve moved back to our old accountant (who is more expensive but very professional) I’ve learnt my personal tax return was never filed and we’re still waiting on our partnership tax return to be filed. Other incidences throughout the year included the owner being unable to find our files as a new staff member had put them somewhere different and our files were also put inside another clients files as we shared the same surname. A very confusing and unpleasant experience which ended with the owner being very defensive on a phone call, not listening to me, over talking me and eventually hanging up on me! We were using this accountant to take care of personal tax returns, family trust tax returns and our business partnership tax returns.
