::I was really really happy with the service provided by Joanne, she actually spent the whole time to help making sure we can find a pandora clip that does clip on my memory slider bracelet since it gets loose after a few months. Instead of telling me that it does not work and send me off, she actually tried every possible ways in making sure the clip does clip on (with the help of rubber insert) and I am happy that I can continue using my slider bracelet now.
