  This place is a no go I'm telling you the presentation of my brothers casket was poorly done no padding in the casket straw used as filling for the pillow,assistant needs to learn to be more respectful and to top it off. .we had to close his lid early because you did not embalm him properly so if any of my family dies I would never take them to Simplicity Funeral Home...I opt for Sincere, or sneddon park or even Pellows that is my recommendation oh p.s they don't even offer you a cup of tea or biscuits....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESES GUYS TO WHANAU OR FRIENDS...BLOODY SHOCKING...

  The staff at simplicity were amazing when my aunty passed away. They tailored her funeral costs to our budget, and she was given the upmost respect and care. I highly recommend this company, they made it stress free and supported our family amazingly.

  Sadly both our parents passed within weeks of one another, but - very comforting to know they there funeral plans in place with Simplicity. Or whānau appreciated the professionalism and support they showed toward us. Thank you all.

  thank you Hamilton simplicity staff for your tremendous help, kindness and understanding, above all else dignified professionalism, I am most grateful to you all I would not have been able to pay my spouses funeral account in full on the day, to this day since last year I am still doing weekly payment's. kindest regards Mrs. Maria Preston 7 Chislehurst street Henderson Auckland
