    The returns policy is very consumer unfriendly. Had item 15 minutes, changed my mind. No refunds? Rip off. Lots of better, and cheaper souvenir shops in Christchurch centre. Can not recommend this place.

    Prices may be high - but customer service is great, staff is friendly, and location/facility are very nice.

    Price double than other stores, and customer service not friendly, it was our last day in Christchurch and we are very disappointed. Not recommended.
