  Outstanding service and extremely competent staff. Really grateful to have medical facilities of this standard in Tauranga.

  12 working days gone by since my biopsy was taken and STILL hasn't been tested. after numinous phone calls I still haven't had my phone calls returned, I guess i'll have to wait till Tuesday now which will means it will be 15 working days since the procedure, It makes you wonder what the sample will be like at 15 working days old? or has it been lost? and I thought the skin center........... I'm really annoyed actually . Alan At 5.55pm I received a welcomed call back reason for delay: no communication between pathology and Skin Center, and Skin Center hasn't followed up and communicated back to the patient, which is quite common in Tauranga.
