  Could be better as glass still left in hatch - what a hazard! If I opened the hatch up.

  Had windscreen replaced back in December. Side trim inadvertently got damaged. Replacement parts having been found I'm still waiting and will do probably until the end of next week after I was assured they would be ready to pick up and refit by 12:00 Thursday this week. NOT a place I will take my business to again

  Windscreen replaced today on my car. ..excellent service and result.... and Harriet on reception was friendly and helpful with the claim and dropoff/pickup.

  They do all the paperwork for you. They fix your windscreen. But then they vac and dust your car and leave lollies on your seat. The staff were really friendly too.
