  Usually I would rate this shop a 5 but my most recent experience hasn’t been very good unfortunately. Purchased a dehumidifier from them and just shy of the warranty running out it stopped working correctly. Even though I had been using it without a problem for almost a year their first response was that I didn’t know how to use it, despite having owned other dehumidifiers in the past. Their manager took it to his house for the weekend and said it was working fine. While the unit does still dehumidify brilliantly the humidistat does not read the humidity and sits bottomed out regardless of what we do to try increase the humidity to see if it will change. Took it home to find it was indeed not working as it had previously been. Took it back and some time later was told to come pick it up and ring Mitsubishi ourselves. Not sure when it became the consumers responsibility but clearly this is their thought. Aside from this experience the shop is well laid out. Heaps to look at and staff seem friendly enough.

  Went to get a new set of ink cartridges and the guy who sold them said they would work. I went to put them in and they didn't fit. A lovely Indian salesman helped me get the right ones but the rude woman behind the payments and services desk was rude and putting the blame on me. Also she was treating the Indian salesman like dirt. It's a shame really.

  Quite a big shop. Mainly a furniture retailer, but they sell small diy things as well. Have friendly service as well.

  Love the easy pay option. Sure bets Q card! The shop is well layed out and the staff are not in your face.

  Poor service..stood about unattended to be told by a man apparently employed there that our inquiry wasn't his to to track down another person. None obvious for a while. Less than impressed.
