  Had my new mattress delivered today by Chris and another gentlemen today. Sorry cant remember is name was his second day on job. Just wanted to say they were very helpful and I appreciate them changing to legs on the bed base.

  Just bought a $8000 mattress, and paid the $85 to get it delivered.The sales staff were great, but whoever organizes the deliveries, both the phone staff and the delivery driver need a lesson in customer service.Its only when it suits them, not the customer at all.I now have to drive for 1 hour to meet them, and an hour back, and that's it.

  I have always been very well looked after at this store. I have been attended to by well mannered and helpful staff every time.
