::Hey Smiths City, I put in an order for a dryer through your website last Saturday. It was showing in stock. However I received an email a day later saying that you are out of stock and the order is with the supplier. To get an idea what kind of timeframe we are looking at I called your 0800 number. These calls go to your physical store in Petone, who then tell me that they cant find out the status and it needs to your online team. The only way you can reach your online team is by calling your physical store and let them inform the online team about your query!! Seriously!!! Then the online team then just drops a vague generic email with no specific details! After repeated calls, I still don't have a clue where things are at. Honestly my experience with shopping with you has been appalling, to say the least.
