  The staff are always very helpful and really try to understand my needs to recommend the right product for me instead of pushing to upsale me for things I dont need or get me to buy extended unnecessary warranties. I always leave as a happy customer and not a cash cow. It is not a store that get very busy and there are always customer service staff available to help and answer queries.

  Good in house service, but took their warehouse a week to fill our order (new stove) and get it delivered. Delivery guys were great, even took away our old washing machine.

  They have a great team. Delivery guys always do a fantastic job. Customer service is great, you don't feel pushed. Iv bright a lot from them and have always had good service and they have been abail to bet all the others competition by far.Thanks smith city.
