  I went in last week to pick a couple of my things up from the shed door at the side of Te shop. First of all no onc come out after ringing the little door bell on the wall for around 10 minutes so I walk around and not greeted by anyone. I asked someone if they have a store room they point in the direction so I went and asked another person then she replies yes I'm the store man I was surprised as she was a lady and it couldn't help me lift my lounge suite on my truck I had to wait again for the store man to get a male staff member to help me. The lady didn't have the happiest attitude and looked very angry that I had come in to collect my things. I would suggest heading to Harvey Norman across the road where the two lads are more than happy to help load your truck and have a yarn with you. As soon as it was loaded on my truck by the worker and I the doors were quickly shut and I was outside moving things around my ute and trailer myself. I personally won't be back to this smiths city I have shopped at others and have been very happy with the service this just shows what you don't want.
