  Might I suggest an overhaul of your booking system please. We were told to drop off the car between 8am and 8:30am. Originally it was due to be ready to pickup before 12pm. How long does it normally take? Surely you can stagger appointments, to make this window significantly smaller. We dropped off at 8:30am, told it will now be ready at 12:30. Why even later? Do you push urgent bookings ahead? At 12:15pm we checked in. The car had only just been moved into the workshop and no work had started. Now it's 1:40pm, still waiting without any word, standing outside in the hot sun. The reception area is locked, no customer waiting area (with indoor seating and a water cooler would be nice). The car looks a long from being finished. Very uncomfortable and unhappy customers here. With no other transport, now wishing we had taken a bus home hours ago.

  I had to get my windscreen replaced while in town on business, the team were easy to deal with and completed the job within the timeframe they gave me. Very happy with their service.

  Went in for insurance job took whole day didnt even get a fone call to say its ready,got home noticed interior mirror falling off and outer trim not put on proply,No quality control what so ever these guys lack basic customer skills,will never go back learnt my lesson should of went to novus
