  Very efficient operation. Picked us up from the airport in good time, as promised. Quick paperwork. We were offered an alternate insurance option to the one we booked and this was cheaper and easier. Also was done promptly - no fuss. I like the energy of this team and would certainly use them again.

  I would highly recommend this company! The team were so efficient. No fluffing around and everything went so smoothly. The guy looking after us even put the car seat in nice and quick. The price point is also very competetive. Whenever we go back to Queenstown we will definitely be using snap rental again! Cheers guys

  Great experience with this company. Price was excellent, and the people at both ends were fantastic. I'm not one to do reviews often except for exceptional service, and now I won't think twice about which company to use when we return to NZ.

  Arrived at Queenstown airport, called Snap and they where there very quickly to transfer me to the office. Staff where well organised and I was on the road very quickly. Great cars and great service.

  Excellent experience using Snap Rentals in Queenstown. Pretty easy, just gave them a call when we got to the airport and around 10-15mins later van pops up to pick us up for our rental. JayJay was awesome. Really gave us a good customer experience. We'll definitely be back in the future to use you guys! Thanks.
