  Amazing hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. Stayed here for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier.

  Beautiful hotel. Amazing beds and location. Only complaint is the bathroom was emmitting an off smell but not sure from what.

  Can’t say enough about this hotel. Awesome location. The staff are accommodating beyond our expectation. The room & the bed are 100% perfect. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

  A charming hotel in the heart of Queenstown and easy access by foot all around the CBD. Modern contemporary room which was spacious and comfortable. King size bed was massive. Overall service was exemplary and in-room dining was delicious and prompt. Only flaws were in the bathroom with the joy stick type tap at the wash basin which spewed water all over the counter and took a while to master. And the deep bathtub did not have handles for getting up safely nor a handheld shower head for rinsing off. Otherwise a very comfortable experience.
