  Delighted great service Grant was fun, helpful and patient finding the right glasses for me. Karena did my fitting and once again really good, careful to get it right and easy to talk too. :)

  Incredible service, the staff are brilliant all around and not bad to look at. Knowledgeable and friendly, and prices are the best you'll get in New Zealand in my experience. Definitely don't go anywhere else for your eye care.

  Altogether a very relaxing total eye experience. Staff members right along the chain have been well trained to take the customer to each station, explain the procedure, take the measurements, collate the results so that the specialist optometrist can explain the findings and recommend choices. If glasses are required the assistants can display the frames and help the customer make a reasoned choice. At no time is pressure applied to take the most expensive option. Every effort is made for the customer to purchase glasses that will remedy any defect satisfactorily.

  Disappointed today, we travelled an hour and half because we were asked to come back for follow up appointment from eye test when my husband got new classes. They had concerns. We turned up for retest today only to pay another 60 dollars for retest ,and then to be told there is still concerns, come back in 6 months. Haven't seen or spoken to optometrist Yet! He was busy. I thought that's who we would get to see today and at least get some information on what concerns are.
