::Cool place for walking the dog amongst well established foliage and a series of easy trails. Currently squeezed between the dump and a commercial area. Few creeks and cool off track areas for exploring. Not a large amount of wildlife or bird life. Not sure how long we will have it for as it’s marked to become a mountain bike park.

::A natural reserve starting at Broken Hill Road Carpark. This is also one of the starting points for the Colonial Knob Summit walk, which I planned for later. Adjacent to the Spicer landfill. It is an arboretum of exotic trees. And has small easy walkways with interesting names. The sound of a small water stream can be heard at times and very pleasing to the ears.
