::Very poor disorganised service. Simple order of flat white and cabinet cheesecake resulted in cheesecake at table and flatwhite being forgotten. Also 2 tables had rubbish on them from previous occupants. In fairness first time for poor experience in 4 visits

::Coming to Starbucks for my morning hit of coffee and sugar is the best way to start my day. I go out of my way almost every morning to have this delicious treat. I am especially loving the Christmas menu right now. It's exciting to have new options to choose from. The ladies are so lovely and usually remember my name and sometimes my order (although I like to change it up often). They have great customer service; they must serve so many people every day but they make every customer feel like they're welcome and at home in the store. Thank you, ladies, for brightening my mornings and bringing me precious caffeine!
