  In such a busy, competitive market it's so frustrating these people won't update their listings when they sell a house. Multiple people showed up to a viewing today, for a house they'd already sold. We've all wasted our time driving up to an hour. Immensely unprofessional, not that hard to edit a listing to let us all know.

  Alex managed a rental property for us for 15+ years and was very reliable, trustworthy and honest. There is no other property manager I would use in the Hutt Valley area.
