  In the initial consultation I told the staff at store it about my situation and the fact that I might have to leave mid month within the first month of signing up, and was told that any time remaining would be refunded, even if the contract was one week as they payment is a month in advance. Due to some circumstances I ended up not needing it and gave my two weeks notice early in the first month and now I am being told that none of the first months cost can be refunded due to policy. They are not consistent in what they do, and I will never be using this company again.

  Friendly staff and top notch facilities. We stored all our possessions for almost 12 months while overseas and were concerned about damp and mould. This place was dry and clean and everything came out the same as it went in. Always had good experiences with staff both with the rental and using their handy moving truck. Would recommend to friends or anyone who needs quality facilities to store.

  Store-It at the beginning were great. We have been using storage units in NZ for almost 18 months now, they were by far the cleanest and most secure units we have come across in the country. Although a lot of paper work to sign up the process was fairly pain free and the staff were very polite and attentive to our requirements. What leads us to leave a 3 star review is the leaving process. They make it easy to sign up are fast to take your money but slow to give it back. We were due a refund (which I only knew due to reading the small print) and we had to fill out a form to get this back. Firstly they said they didn't receive the form then they said we hadn't completed it fully. Then they stopped replying to our emails. Anyway after almost 2 months we got the money back, it wasn't even that much so we almost gave up on it, but it was the principle that matters!

  I have recently started using Store-It and have found the service and standard of product to be exceptional. The staff are so good they make you feel like going out and telling others about the business, and the storage unit I have was really well presented and feels safe. Essentially the whole process was made super easy for me, and the operation is very efficient and high quality. It has filled me with confidence. I would certainly recommend Store-It.

  Initially we chose Store-it because of its handy location to our home. However, on my first visit there to check out the facilities, I could easily see it there were so many other reasons. The site is clean and tidy, well lit and with easy access. The supply of equipment to move stuff into and around the place was great. The number of different options we had in terms of storage unit size was amazing and they make it so easy with the ability to change units if you don't get the size right. Individual unit alarms give us a comfort that our things are as safe there as they are at home. - Fully recommend looking at their facilities if you are wanting to store things.
