  We have visited yesterday for the second time, we simply had a really good time talking to them and felt they are trying their best to provide good services and fit our need. We were in a situation where they can simply deny our request by their policies but, they understood our situation and happily made the modifications for us. It is unfortunate that we had to go with another similar service this time but I definitely recommend them and will come back for who they are and the service they try to give us.

  Very friendly, informative staff - a great team. Showed us through and explained all about the facility. Good, easy access storage units. A very well-run facility.

  I needed to find storage on short notice because I had left it until the last minute. I found these guys online and it went smoothly from the first contact. I can hardly believe I got it all done and secure as quickly as I did. I've had to go back to the storage unit a few times, a chore I was dreading, but the place is so clean and bright it always feels safe. The two high security fences with a swipe card entry kept me OUT on one occasion - I like the extra security because I know that I and my things are safe at Store-It.

  Great customer service, and a great, clean and dry facility. The team were more than happy to show me around all the lockers before I signed up and their pricing is competitive. Facilities are first class, tidy and clean. Good supply of trollies on site, and security is really good with swipe access everywhere. Contrary to negative the review below, I was not offered anything for this review and I am happy to be contacted for further clarification.

  Great company, great staff, great price. I contacted the storage facility urgently one day to store some belongings. Frances showed me around and I found exactly what I needed. She was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my personal belongings there. I found the use of the trolleys great, the premises were always dry and warm, I was able to park directly outside the door of the storage units, and the security of the area was excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. All the staff were friendly and welcoming at any time, and I was surprised to receive a gift for using their facility.
