  Definitely a recommended gym to be part of in West Auckland (Henderson). Gym culture is definitely a big thumbs up, you'd definitely feel you belong to a community of people who supports and share the same passion for growth and fitness goals.

  Great gym to train at. The people are great, both staff and other members. If you want a gym to train at where everyone is encouraging and helpful, then this is the place for you.
