  Super convenient airport pickup, smoothest transition from A to B to C ever. Highly recommend for its friendly and professional staff. Brekky was yummy too

  Stayed here as a flight was delayed overnight. As hotels go it's tidy and clean but that's about that is to be said for it. If you are simply staying here to be close to the airport then it does the trick. The rooms have a comfy bed and a heatpump which is handy in the winter, however, the rooms are quite clearly put together with cheap furnishings. If you are looking for luxury are something quite nice for the $160 odd you might pay per night then this isn't the place for you. Staff are friendly and helpful as well.

  Stayed one night. Very new clean & clinical. Everything was good but clinical & long walks to furthest rooms. Food was good.

  I know that I should not expect much from a hotel airport, even if it costs well over $200 per night. I arrived early (at 11am) to be told to take a seat in the foyer lounge and wait to be put in a clean room. Fair enough, I arrived well before the 2pm check in. 3hours later, after seeing many new patrons being served and handed room keys, i asked questions.... sorry Mr Gray, we dont know what happened. The service was exceptional from the bar and restaurant. The food was great. Ready for bed and make myself a hot chocolate from the mini bar..... The milk is expired and has flooded the room with an off milk fragrance. Not the best experience at all. Won't be in a hurry to book here again unless there is no other possible option.

  Excellent business hotel with complimentary coach service to the airport. Great food, bed comfort so so. As a regular it's a shame this is not recorders and acknowledged. I shouldn't have to go thru the whole check-in process everyone hence the 4 stars.
