  I would rate just 3 star. All furs are old and heater was not working. The best part seemed to be the breakfast.

  The private spa was sweet! But the staff was what really stood out the most! Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and kind. Nice hotel.

  Enjoyed our overnight stay. Well run , clean and tidy. Had a great buffet dinner with excellent selection and plenty of it. Very accommodating for our car club visit

  A massive complex of a hotel which can feel a bit like a university student accommodation big you're down at the back. The rooms are perfectly fine, the free 1GB wifi works everywhere, the reception area, bar and restaurant are all good enough. Happy to see local craft beer available at the bar. The buffet breakfast was exactly as expected, nothing exceptional but certainly edible. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Now, the pool, was a massive disappointment as it was freezing, tiny and inside what felt like a shed with no roof.

  We arrived before check-in and the staff were very kind about storing our bags so we could go explore the city without them. Once we did come back, the staff were kind enough to offer to carry our bags to our rooms. The room was very clean and crisp looking. There were three double beds, two chairs, one dresser, one desk, a wardrobe, and a lovely area to store a few bags not on the floor. There was a mini fridge and water, wine, and coffee glasses as well as some coffee and tea options with a French press. The bathroom was clean and lovely. There were plenty of outlets and lights for us in the room. There was also an overhead fan in case we needed it. It was really a wonderful room and the hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly.
