::Extremely disappointed. Got told between 11-1. At 2:20 I made a phone call asking if they were still coming. Michelle advised me they were running extremely late and still had another job to go to before mine. She said she was going to call me later on. A wasted and frustrating time for me and my son waiting for someone who clearly wasn't going to turn up today and no remorse just her trying to cover up a lack of professionalism. Very frustrating. A simple phone call at 1 or earlier saying "sorry we are running late" would have been sufficient.
