  Terrible customer services. I was in the shop for good 15 mins and no one was available to help me with the products. When I decided to leave, they asked to check my bag. They said they've store policy to check my bags bigger than a A4:size. My bag was half of an A4 size. There were clearly many other customers there but I was the only one who was asked and stopped for a bag check infront of the other customers. I asked them why aren't they checking other's bag but mine? They replied " oh we have been with the other customers for the entire time". So I asked why aren't there any assistance offered to me? They replied " oh one is suppose to be on lunch break and another was mixing some paint and he was doing the check out.". Well that's not my problem. If you can't offer a good customer service, at least don't try to upset your customers.

  Bitterly disappointed that the minimum feedback which available is a 1, when I would have reviewed a zero. So, long story short, my partner and I went to SCA UH to get some touch up paint for a car. They didn't have it in stock however, and also advised that it would have to come in spray cans only, rather than touch-up pots. Staff advised that it would be available to pick-up the following weekend. My partner went there at 1725hrs on 18/09/2020 to try and get the paint on the way home, and was advised by a female staff member that it wasn't possible because the store was going to close soon. Come 19/09/2020 we returned to be advised that no, the paint wasn't available, but they thought that some of the paint was supposed to be on site, they just weren't too sure where. Staff after this kinda stood around looking at us wondering what to do - with the passive indication that there was a problem that they really weren't sure what to do other than have us leave. No apology, no option to follow up, no offer of any other resolution other than "we can't help, go away". Ended up going to Alicetown SCA - 1000% different service, and for a paint that was supposed to have been available in spray cans only, we were able to get it in the pots instead... Will never return to SCA UH.
